hi im after a kenwood to uniden mic cross over wiring diagram coz i picked up a beringher board and mic plus foot switch for a future radio but i want to build a kenwood to uniden cross over mic lead any body help thank you.

I have a Cobra 2000GTL and Uniden Grant XL that are both wired for a 5 pin mic. I have not been able to run a mic with an XLR connector via W2IHY gear with either one. Something to do with the ground on the mic (so that you get receive when it's plugged in). I'm sure there must be an answer out there to make them work together, but I've yet to find the way!
